Rider Information:

Interested applicants must complete the Application and Health History form to be considered for acceptance in the program. The form will by reviewed by the Operations Committee. Acceptance will be contingent upon physical, mental or emotional limitations that may be a contraindication to horseback riding.

Upon acceptance, the applicant will be placed on a waiting list. Placement into the riding or driving program will depend on the availability of an instructor and horse suitable for the needs of the applicant.

Safety is always the first concern with equine activities. Because the horse is a living animal, there is always a degree of unpredictability. No matter how well trained, the horse may react to unusual or sudden circumstances. You assume the risk of equine activities pursuant to Pennsylvania Law.

Our sessions are 8 weeks in length. The dates for the 2012 season are: February 13 - April 7;
April 16 - June 9; June 18 - August 11; August 27 - October 20; October 29 - December 21

The cost is $160 per session. For your convenience, all forms for rider application are included below. Financial aid forms are available upon request. If you have any questions about them, please contact us.
