Donations:

The Therapeutic Riding Center is supported by tax-deductible contributions and fundraising events held throughout the year. We are also a proud member agency of the United Way. We have several avenues of sponsorship.

Sponsor A Day – For a donation of $100, you can pick your day to sponsor! Choose your child’s birthday, a special holiday or anniversary. We recognize Sponsor-A-Day patrons by printing their name in our quarterly newsletter.

Sponsor A Horse – The cost of keeping a horse is substantial. You can help defrey those costs by sponsoring one of our horses. For $1,500 a year, you fully sponsor a horse and for $500 you can partially support one. These generous donors are recognized at the barn, in our quarterly newsletter and presented with a plaque featuring their specific horse.

Sponsor A Rider – Due to rising costs, for the first time in our history, in 2007 we began charging our riders for lessons. This was a very difficult decision for us since we know some families have a difficult time affording lessons. We have therefore set up scolarship funds that are available for those who apply. By donating to the Sponsor a Rider fund, your money goes towards the scholarships that are awarded to deserving individuals. You will be recognized in our quarterly newsletter.
